This was shot for fun on my phone just before he was posted off to California for the Jim Henson tribute show at Gallery Nucleus. I'm happy to say he sold on the opening night. As the Muppet film is out this weekend in the UK I thought it'd be a good time to post this.

Wood & Felt Beetle Brooches

These beetle brooches are made from laser cut wood and felt with hand stitched details and are now available in my online shop. I wanted to make something that could be stocked in galleries and shops alongside my one-off pieces. As all my other pieces are one-offs its nice to be able to produce something in multiples but still have the hand finished element. Jon Burgerman Collaboration Sneak Peek

Here's a few quick sneaks of the piece I have done for Jon Burgerman's show Fast Food opening at Sergeant Paper in Paris on the 28th January. I have worked with Jon a lot in the past (look here) but it's been a while since our last collaboration and it was nice to be working with him again as he's a tip top guy. Pepperdelica!

"The Lovers, The Dreamers, and Me", the Jim Henson tribute show opens today in Gallery Nucleus, Alhambra. We are so pleased to be part of this show and wish we could be there to see what all the other great artists involved have done. I have sneaked some photos of this piece previously and Jonathan posted the concept artwork over on his blog this morning but its time for a full reveal and i just hope you like it and it was worth the wait. Although made predominately as a sculptural piece, it is also a working puppet and I will post the video of him in action at a later date.
