Pictoplasma was amazing. We had such a great time. Thanks to everyone who came to see us, thanks to everyone involved in organising the event and thanks to all our lovely friends old and new, who we got to spend time with and made it even more lovely. Let's do it all again soon :)

UMO Ad with Kärnhuset Translated To English

We worked with Kärnhuset and an amazing team of animators in Sweden on this video last year (see older blogpost) Previously it had only been available in Swedish but now it has been translated to English :)

Here's my pieces for the show at Gallery Nucleus it opens on the 16th March until the 7th April. One of these days I will get to go to one of the show openings, they always look so much fun. Check it out if you are in that area.

Flamingo

I was commissioned by a lovely guy from Canada to make a felt flamingo for his wife (thanks A & K) They already own one of my framed beetles and this is going to be box framed and hung alongside. This piece is approx 75cm tall, as usual all hand cut and hand sewn. I really enjoyed making this piece and plan to make other birds but made up ones in a similar way to how I do the beetles so they can be framed.

New work with Kärnuset for UMO

We were asked to design and produce three characters be used both on posters and in an animation. UMO is a website for young people in Sweden with information about sex, health and relationships. The subject for this campaign is is mental health and self-esteem issues. More photos and full credits below.
