"Hey! Who's This Guy?" Show At Nobrow

I am delighted to announce this:

Hope to see you all there! :) Official info below.

Nobrow presents - an exhibition by Felt Mistress "Hey! Who's This Guy?"
The first show dedicated entirely to the work of Felt Mistress comes to the Nobrow Gallery in London this May. "Hey! Who's This Guy?" features all new work from Felt Mistress including framed pieces (new specimens from the FM Beetle Boutique) and a selection of new characters all sporting eyewear from Kirk Originals' collections. The character pieces will be displayed in the gallery more like visitors than exhibits. Visitors to the gallery can peruse the exhibits while the characters can peruse the visitors.

The exhibitions run May 18th until June 23rd with a private view on May 17th.

Felt Mistress AKA Louise Evans is a UK based stitcher and prolific tea drinker who creates a range of one-off bespoke creatures with her partner, illustrator Jonathan Edwards. Originally trained in fashion design and millinery, Louise has brought many of the skills learnt through years of work as a couture dress maker to the world of character design. As well as original Felt Mistress characters Louise has also collaborated with a variety of other artists including Jon Burgerman, Pete Fowler, Ben Newman, and Jon Knox. Her work has been exhibited in the UK and internationally and in 2010 was given her own window on Oxford Street as part of Selfridges' Christmas display. http://www.feltmistress.com/
