I'm voting for Leonard Groyle, as I quite like his eco-unfriendly policies.

Groyle. I always favour a candidate more likely to eat babies than kiss them.

It's very tough decision, but I'm going to go with Scruntin.

I'm in the Len camp for sure.

I hope this will be a campaign built on personalities and not issues. Lady Jemimarraggh Grunk is the gal for me!

It’s a tough one but I’d have to go with Scruntin! - there’s definitely warmth in them there eye’s!

They're all winners to me but I'll go for L. Groyle, his hairyness.

Groyle!

He might have hair like Boris Johnson, but that "I've just wet my pants" look on his face shows his vulnerable side. I know in my heart of hearts it's the issues he really cares about, and that Pie Factory he just opened next door to the Orphanage couldn't possibly be a conflict of interest.

What are their respective policies on the immigration of other monster species to their ward? Damn Yetis are stealing all the jobs... And you can't move in the Post Office for Ghouls these days! Things were much better during the war...

I would like to vote for Lady Jemimarraggh Grunk. Best name, best felt monster, and probably a Tory from the looks of things. She'd make a nice mistress for Boris Johnson.

My vote goes to Leonard Groyle. Although a politician, he looks kind of cute - in a hairy, one eyed sort of way.

Groyle all the way! (voting has never been this fun)

here and now said...

You're a monster raving looney Aunty Nee!! I think I'll vote...

G R O Y L E
Go Groyle, Go Groyle!

Despite his sharp-suited, hard-faced, single-eyed political focus - he looks like he could be a distant relative of the honey monster. Awhh.

Grunk for me. Tweed and a blue rinse? Terrifying! I've never known a granny that didn't get her way.

It's another hairy tick in the Groyle camp for mine... He's clearly a monnster who can get things done, and if he can deliver on his promise of free bile for preschoolers then he's going to walk this!

I vote Leonard Groyle. Suit no tie. Formal yet casual.

Chris Butler said...

Ulp. When I checked - he HAS got a tie. I don't understand it. But I still like him.

I know "the polls" are closed (I saw his a few days too late via Whipup.net) I LOVE your work. I am a fledgeling plush maker myself and aspire to live up to your talents someday. I featured you on my first "My Fellow Monstermakers" post on my blog (http://kirascraftylife.blogspot.com/) Keep up the good work!

BTW: My vote WOULD have been for Leonard Groyle.
