I love Adventure Time and Gallery Nucleus so I was delighted to be asked to take part in their Adventure Time tribute show (in association with Cartoon Network). I'm a little late blogging this as it was officially announced last week but I'm very excited about the release of an "art of" Felt Mistress book through the lovely people at Blank Slate. Designed and edited by the brilliant Woodrow Phoenix it's a 400 page hardback book with over 1500 photographs, character information, original sketches by Jonathan and interviews with the artists I've been lucky enough to collaborate with - including Jon Burgerman, Pete Fowler, Ben Newman, Jon Knox and Nobrow. The book will debut at Thought Bubble in Leeds on November 17th followed by a launch party in London in December (details soon). Pre-orders are available now and until August 1st it's at a special price of £26.99 (normally £29.99).

The exciting news doesn't end there for as well as the book I'm excited to announce that the brilliant Crazylabel have also produced a limited Blank Slate exclusive edition vinyl toy of the one and only Tippy Winkles. Hey! Who's This Guy? Revealed

The show opened on Thursday at Nobrow. It was a great night, I had so much fun. Thanks again to everyone involved and everyone who came,and everyone who helped to promote it with blog posts and Tweets, and all my lovely friends for their support and to Kirk Originals for supplying some amazing eyewear for the pieces and to the guys at Nobrow for being great hosts.
